Ethiopia says Eritrea has agreed to withdraw its forces from the northern Tigray region, where they have been accused of killing, raping and torturing civilians.
Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed earlier this week admitted that Eritrean forces were in Tigray, after months of denials.
